See how Stream Katcher detects Vimeo media, previews a video, and tracks a multi-resource download through its available stages.

Available in theChrome Web StoreOpen the Vimeo page and start its video. Stream Katcher may list several items because the page can request media for playback, previews, or related interface features. Keep the intended video visible while you inspect the candidates.
Choose a detected item and compare its preview with the Vimeo player. The recording identifies the page as “Them That’s Not” and opens a corresponding preview. Matching the content is safer than downloading an arbitrary row from a long list.
The demo starts a job that retrieves hundreds of resources and shows its progress. Video assembly, remuxing, validation, and saving can follow media retrieval. The recording stops before the job is complete, so do not assume this example reached a saved file.
For a complete workflow, wait until the download reports completion, open the resulting file, and check picture, sound, and duration. If the source is restricted or the job stops, use Vimeo’s permitted viewing or download options instead of trying to bypass access controls.
Only download content you own or have permission to save. Support depends on the website and media format; DRM-protected content is not supported.
