Follow a TikTok clip from detection to a completed MP4, then verify the saved video in a local player.

Review the preview image and duration against the TikTok post. If the feed has loaded adjacent clips, wait for detection to settle and check the candidate again. This reduces the chance of saving a neighboring video by mistake.
Choose Download and leave the source tab open while the extension retrieves the media. The recording shows progress followed by a completed item. Do not treat the first progress state or browser notification as proof that the final file is ready.
Open the completed download in a local player and check that it shows the expected clip and plays through. The demo verifies the saved copy rather than relying only on the extension card. Other TikTok posts may expose different formats, qualities, or access restrictions.
